Fresh, Healthy and Convenient Dinners with Plated

If you follow any of my socials you would know that I recently got into the food delivery box service that helps you flex your chef skills by providing portioned ingredients for you to create quick and delicious meals. I am obsessed with Plated which is based here in New York. So far I’ve had the best Taco Tuesday with the Green Chile Tacos and side of Corn I had the other night – which I posted on Snapchat and IG Stories. Tonight.. I whipped up a quick pasta dinner with my favorite Burrata Cheese and decided that I want to add another day of food to my subscription. Making it 3 meals for 2 per week – this package come with free delivery so I am already saving money.

My dinner was so easy to make I was able to snap the process with my phone.


They use locally sourced ingredients that  are in season.

The Fresh basil smelled so good.

The pasta is fresh – not the dried stuff that comes in boxes.

The Red Pepper Flakes add the perfect amount of smokiness.
